How to tell the difference between the Factory Set border and the Package set border on the variations on all the cards.

I'm looking at the #68 Boggs. The card I have is @1989 Leaf, Inc. 

Can't tell if it's the "A" or "C" version

Match your card to the images uploaded; it has to do with the differences in speckle pattern on each red border.
