2003 NFLPA Scholastic Football Forum

I have a Jeff Garcia 2003 Score card that looks nearly identical to the normal Score card with 2 exceptions:

1) It is number "3 of 5" instead of #235

2) On the back it says "For NFL Trading Card Info call: 1866-NFL-PACK

If I were to guess this was a back to school set or a trading card day or something along those lines, but I'm not having any luck finding anything about it.

Found this by using the Player filter by 2003 and Card number 3.
