Does anyone have anymore information on this? Was it small like a literal stamp? Or did it have some kind of pressing on a regular sized card?

I've not seen an example with the 'S1A' numbering; might be an added listing by mistake.

Or there are 2 different samples floating around and the numbering is wrong. There are many instances where promos and samples were added using P# or S# when that is not on the card itself, espceially the P or S. Person entering probably used Beckett as a reference. Pacific seems to like using SAMPLE as the number. I'm thinking it should be determined if a 2nd sample is floating around and what the number is.
Only images I'm finding is for the one that is already in here so the S1A, I have a feeling, probably doesn't exist; dupe entry.

As one who has hunted this perticular sample I have had no luck. I have spoken with other Gwynn collectors and they have had no luck. That by no means mean it doesn't exsist, it just means that some of the top Gwynn collectors out there have yet to see one.

What this probably all means:
We have the sample listed correctly (where the image is).
Someone saw a listing for a sample on another collector site with the faulty information and had it added here.
An IR need to be entered on the S1A card to remove and combine the collection info with the Sample card.

Just communicated with a Gwynn collecting friend and his conclusion is the Sample Stamp refers to one of those Convention Stamps.

We don't catalogue those. I put in the IR to remove it.
