Hi there. When I go to add the 1998 Topps Devil Rays Inaugural set to my collection there isn't a drop down option to Add All Cards.

Same. You can send a note to Admin to look at it as it's a technical issue. But you can use the "Add From Here" option to get them all entered for now. ------------------------------- Tired and trembling I am descending, will I have to stay here and live this life again?

I've seen this for a lot (though not all) of insert and parallel sets. I don't know if there are criteria where adding a whole set to a collection is disabled. ------------------------------- - Nick Pain
