I ended up buying the sealed set that was listed as having the fielding variation, and indeed it does (see the edge of the third card and compare it to the fielding image at the top of the post).

Unless there is an objection, I will plan on adding this as a variation of card #3.

Added to both sets - waiting for the approvals to go through so I can add the "a" in the sub-number field of the crads that were already there.
