This a card i found in my collection and can't find it anywhere online. The front of the card is bobby witt but the back of the card is carmelo martinez. Thank you for your help.

Simply a wrongback where sheets were loaded improperly so that the fronts and backs don't match up. Common for this era. You won't find it listed in the DB, see below link.
