If we know the sequence of how the sheets came in the magazines, in most cases we can list both the individuals cards as the "base" set, since many of the cards are available as singles these days, as well as listing an "insert/related" set of the full panels as they were issued in the magazines, as many collectors kept them as panels (or have just kept them in the magazines - like me).
Go individual card checklist page of any set like this when the panels aren't listed yet, and submit an IR requesting the panel set be added (or add it yourself if you have the proper permisions), and the info needed to get the checklist done correctly (like 1-6 issued in one panel, 7-12 on the next, through to 133-144), or whatever the correct sequencing is. As Bob mentioned about the box bottoms, someimes the companies liked to "mix them up" and it won't be A/B/C/D on one panel, but A/G/H/P, or something similar. These unknowns are what has kept us from being able to just list all the panels. With your help, we'll be able to get them in. (And I have some nice excel formulas for taking what we have here and creating the panel checklists within seconds, and not having to type everything in.)
