I recently recorded my copy of Johnny Babich #82 and noticed the other variant is not included as an option. The card exists with both Dodgers team name on the jersey, and without. You can see both presently available on eBay for sale. In addition, both are listed in Beckett Baseball card price guides. On the set page look at the left panel for the verbiage "See any Inaccuracies". Click on that and find the Missing Card option. From there enrer the info needed. From there someone can add the card for you. Tends to get done more quickly when an IR is submitted than a forum post.
