Cannot find any information about this, so not sure if that is correct postcard since its Winnipeg Whips logo. Another eBay listing from over 2 years ago, but no additional information [1, 2].

Thanks! That answers one question at least. I didn't know what team that logo was. Picture doesn't match a Bill Dillman postcard with the Expos though. Seems to be from a set not recognized on TCDB.
