No. They were listed at one point and Admin removed them. Don't want to relive that again.

This just seems inconsistent to me, and I'm happy to reach out to Admin for more info regarding their decision. There are several sticker back sets listed here, and I believe that they should be. This set seems to be along the same lines. The backs are numbered and seem to be there own unique set.

Admin has already explained it, and here is what he had to say about these Fleer sticker bvack sets (versus other "back" sets):

All sets have been removed now.  What makes the Topps Sticker Backs different is not necessarily the ratio, but a few other reasons: 

• They come from a base product
• There was a sticker album
• The expectation for collectors was to remove the front and place them into an album
• From 1988-90, instead of something that would be easily discarded, Topps purposefully made collectables of the backs

Fair enough, thanks Dan. While I don't completely agree with Admin's reasoning, I appreciate it being laid out as such.
