Hey there guys am
trying to add
another oddball set
of "cards". They
are 8x10 in size
and there are 40 in
the set, each one
is listed by date,
starting with the
first home game of
the season (10/06)
to the last
(04/10). Should
they be listed with
the NNO and nothing
else or is there
something else I
should do since it
is technically an
card order just not
regular numbers. AM
confused on ho to
proceed.

If you do number by date, please use yy/mm/dd format, so it actual lists in chronological order.

I thought the guidelines were pretty clear. Cards without numbers are assigned "NNO". When creating the checklist for NNO cards you can put the cards in any order you wish; alphabetically, chronological, etc. The dates can be put in Note 2 or possibly the Note field. Of course if you put the date in the Note field, you have to update the Glossary entries. Maybe Admin can clarify this.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

If the date appears on the back in place of a card number and serves as a unique enumeration, then it would be acceptable to use as a card number.
If the date appears on the front for informational purposes or in the description, then NNO should be used and the date can be put into either the description (Name) field of the card or the Note2 field.

It is for
informational
purpose only as it
only appears in my
Charlton price
guide. It does not
appear on the card
anywhere. I will
proceed with the
NNO and put them on
list in order of
game date. Is it
possible to list
name as follows :
Todd Elik / 10/06
Or how best would
it be to do it?

One more question
while I am at it,
they are serial
numbered to 5000 so
would I put SN5000
in the note field?
I am assuming so.
