Salvador Perez Forum

I was watching the KC game last night and was laughing that Salvy didn't play catcher because of blurry vision but still hit as the DH. While doing so he turned it on for a 2 HR game. Man he is fun to watch.

Even though he was playing my team and in result won the game for them, he is still one of the best and hard not to like for any reason, even if he destroys your baseball team every meeting.

I went to a Spring Training game last month where the Diamondbacks were playing the Royals.  I hadn't been to a game in a few years.  Before the game I was in the outfield overlooking the bullpen and the starter for the Royals was warming up with Perez.  I was there with my 5 year old son and we were directly overlooking Perez and I was like man this is cool Salvador Perez is right there.  My son said, "I think I have a baseball card of him." which I am pretty sure he does.  It was pretty cool that he was able to recognize someone he had a card of.
