The PGA HOF is atrocious, they didn't even induct anyone from 1983-2005, have only had 6 elections since 2006 w/ the majority of those inducted since then not even being pro golfers. It's a bunch of administrators and club pros. It's not even listed as an 'Achievement or Award' on Wikipedia, barely worthy of a few words in a player's bio: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lew_Worsham
The PGA HOF is not even worthy of a mention in the bio of a World Golf HOF member (inducted into PGA HOF in 2017): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_Player#Distinctions_and_honours
The LPGA HOF is at least a direct feeder into the World Golf HOF, once age and 5-year retirement qualifications are met, the PGA HOF is not.
World Golf HOF is the only one that should be used in for the HOF tag for golfers IMHO. Similarly, for boxing, the IBHOF is the gold standard.
