It's The Undertaker's birthday. I mention this because it's the first time I've noticed a wrestler in the Top 5 birthdays on the homepage. I've always assumed those are the 5 guys with the most cards, but I'm not sure. It's always 5 famous people for sure. Never an obscure minor leaguer with 3 cards.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm pretty sure Sgt. Slaughter showed up on the main page. I remember clicking through his gallery not too long ago. (and then checking what was available on COMC)
I will forever regret that my model show fell on the same day he had a local autograph signing. While I've never watched wresting, I was a huge GI Joe fan- still am- and the movie played a huge part in my life when I was younger. (the only VHS I ever wore out). I'm not much for autograph chasing but I would have gone to that one.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Cardboard History My COMC New Collection Website: Cardboard History Gallery (Still under construction) Tips on how to make your scans look like the card does in hand (No more washed out, fuzzy scans!):

Oh I'm sure you're right Billy. I probably just didn't look that day.

Always curious about the HBD thing too. Why certain players show up and others do not, I always felt it should be one from the top five sports, and then if not available go down the line in a manner such as sport by alphabet or card amount. Somedays you only see baseball guys or football guys.

I think I may have mentioned this before on another thread about him, but I grew up watching wrestling and I course Undertaker was always one of the biggest names. He made his debut as that character the year I was born, and retired the year my son was born. He’s like the cycle of life lol

I may be in the minority, but biker undertaker was always my favorite version. I felt because his character was more believable and not supernatural that it provided more depth. It was more exciting when you knew he could actually get beat up.

Me and wrestling split ways years ago but I still vividly remember the Undertaker / Cain partnership, it was a sight too behold. Then I watched the Critters movie! =(
