As a long time comic book fan, I am sad to hear of the death of George Perez, who I consider the greatest comic book artist of all time. I knew it was coming, I had seen some recent photos of him and the cancer had definitely taken it's toll. However, still very sad.

His artwork and plotting of the New Teen Titans and Crisis on Infinite Earths, both writing and drawing the greatest Wonder Woman era, and the visual masterpiece of JLA/Avengers will stand the test of time.

He either wrote (War of the Gods) or co-plotted (JLA/Avengers) and illustrated both my all time favorite DC Comics story and my all-time favorite comic story, respectively.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

Damn, and just a week after Neal Adams died. Tough time for comic fans.

I never read Perez's run on Wonder Woman, but dug the Titans and Sachs and Violens.
