Ralph Neely Forum

Dallas lost a second great player this week in Ralph Neely who joined Dan Reeves who passed a few days earlier.   Neely was a member of an awesome offensive line.   What a front line!   Ralph Neely,  John Niland, Blaine Nye, Rafael Wright and center Herb Fitzgerald.     Nowadays it's largely about pass protection.   Back then it was about opening up holes and this line did just that.    As I get up there in age,  I am seeing more and more of the players just 10 years or so older than me passing away.   Life.

It’s actually John Fitzgerald, but the other center you might talk about is Dave Manders.
