I overcame the urge and made lunch at home.

I'm reading all the past New Years forums, and this one from last year was the liveliest.  I was even at a party.  I skipped the one I was invited to tonight.  It was at a friend's house, and he has the most annoying dog in the world.  I forget the excuse I made up to get out of it.  Stayed home and sorted cards instead.

I spent the night on here uploading Chicago Bear Cards into my PC. Much better than the hangover that would have consumed me had I made the choice to go out and parteeeee.  Happy New Year to you all.  This has been such a fun year figuring out this site and working on my collecting addictions. 

Looks like the TCDB was pretty quiet this NYE. We did not do alot here this year. Was supposed to go to wife's sister's house but they had a flood on the 30th (toilet backed up in brand new basement) so invited her mom out and she decided to stay home. We played Scoobey Doo bingo and Whoonu from 10 til midnight and watched the countdown on CBC (the only place to on tv this year) in Canmore (outside Calgary). Put Jr to be at 12:30 and then watched a movie with mama til 2 and hoit the hay. Only had one sister reply to my NY texts I sent out and still trying to get a hold of my mom at the home. Today is day one of the $10/week hobby hiatus. See how I do and what it gets me. I am bidding on a The Cup Foursome already (Oilers of course) and have high bid of $1.35 LOL.

Anyhoo Happy New Year and I hope for everyone (and me more so) has a better or great 2019!!! =)
