Thursday, December 1, 2022 will mark my 10th anniversary of being a member of this wonderful site.
This is an all baseball contest. Baseball is my primary collecting focus (the hockey stuff is mostly my wife's), so the contest's question and prize focus will be on baseball. Good luck to everyone who participates. Sorry if baseball is not your thing, I hope to do a hockey and/or basketball contest in Feb/March.
My usual rules apply. You may answer as many times as you like, but your LAST answer is the only one that will be used for scoring. So if you answer all but 1 question in the first response, and then go back to answer the last one, your next response will need to include the other answers again. Please, no discussion about the questions in the forums (until it's over). PM me with questions about the rules, procedures, etc. If needed, I will update this thread with any info discussed that needs to be made public.
I have noted how many points each question is worth (with one not being a given number because the number is part of the answer. In the event of a disputed question, I will discuss with 3 other members to see their POV on it, and we will determine if points will be awarded.
Whoever has the most points, wins. If there is a tie, everyone with that highest point total wins. Grand prize will consist of at least 10 cards, 9 of which were donated by another site member (thank you!). If there is a tie, those cards will be spread amongst the winners. I will also attempt to add cards from the winners' want lists.
There will be a random drawing amongst the participants who do not win but score at least 1 point (so no blank entries to enter the drawing) for a card I have here that is SN88. There may be others included, but that will be the main part of that giveaway. I will do that via a prize wheel site, and I will have at least one witness to watch the wheel spin.
Entries close at 12:01 am EST, Saturday, 12/3/2022.
