Just wondering if any of the more tech-savvy members out there know of a way to improve the quality of scans for encased cards. I know that different scanners are better or worse for this type of thing, but I'm not gonna buy a new scanner at this point. I'm using an Epson ET-4760 All-in-one scanner and when I scan cards like the one pictured above, the image is blurry because of the plastic and, I assume, the depth of field. I haven't adjusted anything in terms of the images--simply scanned and roughly cropped them at this point.
The card's a 1/1 and sealed with a Panini sticker, so I'm not willing to take it out of the case to scan it but was hoping someone here might know if there is some way to improve the quality of the scans...
Even if the answer is no, I'm tempted to upload the images anyway since it's a SN1 card and even a relatively low quality image is better than no image IMO. Thoughts?
