I hear they're making a movie about the Iowa Cubs, featuring Jack Elam as Cubbie Bear. No mascot head needed! Here is a link, in case the image above doesn't show in the forum.

So I showed this card and thread to my wife and kids who are supportive of but not into this hobby. They thought the card was hillarious. It was a great surprise for me when I opened my wife's valentine's day card to me this morning and staring me in the face was the drunk mugshot of cubbie bear! You can find anything on ebay. I am now the proud owner of this wonderfully awful card.

Wow, that is a great story. Surprises are the best. And to add an oddity to you collection makes it all the more fun. Thanks for sharing
