Just saw this. I could use sports in my life again.

So there is hope for a series two or even an update?

Series 2 will almost certainly be released.  For there to be an Update set, there would have to be a season.

Im going to call it right now.  the winner will be from a city that is over burdened from the 'rona.  Yankees, Mets, Seattle.  I am going to put a longshot bet in on the Mariners.   Something about crisis that inspires a team to over perform....    

You mean like New Orleans after Katrina, and Houston after their flooding issue? A cousin of mine was lucky in Houston, helping to provide security during their parade, and was able to shake hands with almost half of the players! It must be nice being a police officer in a big city.

Owners have approved it.....still has to get past the players....and that's where the issue will be.....$$...surprised the owners approved with no fans as over 50% over their revenue comes from fans at the games.  

No All Star game though, so that would kill most of the "Update" cards.  No AS, no HR, no Futures, no WBC, etc.....

I think that's a good sign. although baseball is not my sport a return to normalcy is always a good thing. 

NASCAR returns this coming Sunday...live sports! 

I'm with you Billy, Cant wait till Sunday. Even better Now that Matts back and Ryan is ok to drive. BUT hate to be black cloud, Hope they arent trying to hard and fast and we end up with alot more cases.

Lets just hope the players agree to this.

Considering that some managers, coaches and umpires are 60 or older, I'm also wondering if the umpires and coaching staffs will be onboard with whatever plan is agreed upon. Also according to the article, the Toronto Blue Jays might have to play their home games in Florida.
