Probably can't figure out how much a suspension will cost him. Living the high life for now.

This suspension could cost him the whole contract with the Raiders. They are looking into the idea he violated the Personal Conduct Rule which means they could potentially nullify his contract. Maybe that is what he wants. He didn't realize just how bad the Raiders where gonna be this year and is now doing this to get out so he could sign with a contender team. Sure he will have to hand back the guaranteed money, but he will still have millions without it.

You make excellent points. Plus the Raiders are moving to Vegas next year, so I guess they dont really care about what kind of product they field in Oakland.

He is reaching Randy Moss levels of detrimental behavior. Not a team player.

you know, i thought he was just going crazy these past couple years- the frost bite on the feet, the non payment to the Chef after renting out that house in FL for the weekend, and then you mention this. I remember Jerome Bettis in his last yea sort of "faking" or over exagerating an injury to get on the IR list otherwise it had an adverse affect on the team (don't remember details)- but now this.. is he really that stupid or that smart? lol .... either way, i wonder if other teams really look at that as a gamble. if so, i guess he'll just end up in Dallas.

I think Brown is way past "Moss levels of detrimental behavior". He's right up there with OchoCinco on the stupid acts charts. I agree with you Tony, ONLY Dallas will sign him now (maybe Cincy if they didn't learn their lesson yet). Antonio is putting one foot in his mouth and the other in his rear. Too bad that first foot isn't stopping him from still running his mouth. I'll be surprised if he plays at all this season. It doesn't matter how good you are if you can't get along with anybody, esp. the boss (and the league itself).
Oh, and I think the numbers for him if he gets suspended is $10.125M in guaranteed salary that he loses.

Being a Steeler fan, I am so glad he is gone from Pittsburgh and the problem of another team. I am really curious to see if "the addition by subtraction" theory works for Pittsburgh this year.
