Agreeing with V3, at least the pictures I took came out better than expected! I got lucky because I went out before all the clouds covered it.

It looked pretty cool from here. Thanks for the reminder Spaz. And I'm relieved I didnt spoil the game for you. Sounds like something I would do by accident!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

It got better at 12:10. I'd give it a 7.

It keeps getting better and darker in color. Keep looking! If it wasn't so damn cold outside, I'd spend more time watching it. I have to keep coming inside to warm up the fingers and toes!

I'm glad some of you got to enjoy it. I know I did. I haven't even had the time yet to review some of my later pics of it or load my pics on my laptop. I'll certainly share some photos after I upload them.

With as busy as I have been, this thread slipped my mind. So FINALLY, here are some pics. I chose my 6 most-favorite photos. I couldn't get any good ones during totality b/c of the really low light level. But here are some from pre-eclipse, pre-totality and post-totality. All pics were taken with a Nikon Coolpix L320 camera on a tripod. None of them have been processed or altered. They are exactly what I captured with the camera.
Before the eclipse began:
Just after it starts:
Halfway to total eclipse:
Nearing totality #1:
Nearing totality #2 (closer shot):
After totality:
