I know this is a 1994 4-Sport and looks to be part of the Gold Insert/Related Set but I am unable to find anything similiar to it in the checklists or even listed under Marshall Faulk. Any help would be appreciated.

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out what this card is from or is? I cannot find it in any checklist there are a few of them on COMC but no description. If you have found out since this posting is a little old I would appreciate it.
