That card is homemade.
When trading card manufacturers make a card with an opening in it, the opening is die-cut. Your picture clearly shows that the opening in your card was cut with a blade, x-acto knife or the like.

Sure hope you didn't pay a lot for that card. Look at your photo of the front and look closely at the cut out edge just to the top left of the bulls logo. You can see the cross cut.

It was made from two separate cards. The game dates on the front and back don't match. The cutout was done crudely (by hand not machine). Show us a scan of the side of the card.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

The database does not have a scan posted yet, but I believe that this is the card that was used to make the one you have:
http://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/32075/cid/3088352/
The hologram sticker alone means nothing. Anyone can buy sheets of numbered hologram seals on eBay:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/261855192884
I don't see a hologram sticker like that on any genuine Upper Deck product of that vintage.
Every distingishing feature I can see on that card points to it having been homemade.
