Upon further review ...

It is a different pattern than the usual pack issued versions which are more"vector-like" in the design and also noticeably absent is the Topps name on front.

Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated.

The topps logo should be in the upper right corner on the front. These cards are or would be hard to scan, and I think that's what happened here. Very shinny. I have 4 of these in my collection but am at work, I'll dig them out tonight and have a look just to verify. 

I have this card in my Sturm "PC". 

The foiling effects are made of two pixelated layers - a base shiny "bright" layer of circles that surrounds the photo elements (Marco's body and the "2000" graphic), and a second layer of solid "shading" that creates the box graphic design.

The "topps" logo only appears due to the shading layer darkening the surrounding pixels.  

With the absence of the "topps" logo and presence of that vertical line in the foiling effect, my guess is that second shading layer was not applied during the switch of the rolls of the bright pixel foiling.

hmm trading, i could give it a try lol I don't have a wantlist in particular but i'm partial to stickers(panini) and any mini sized cards like Allen and Ginter and Good Champions and long walks on the beach(sound of vinyl record scratching)

I may have some other cards i have been putting aside for you just need to find where i hid them. I'm thinking they were Football inserts By Storm or something along those lines.
