That's really the fun part: you get to decide what your own parameters are. Beckett, SCD, this site, none of them have complete, definitive checklists for any set. Finding new things and from a variety of sources are what make this corner of the hobby so much fun.

RE: The 1990-91 Fleer Sam Perkins, one version comes from poly/jumbo packs and the other (the clipped text version) from wax and rack packs. Fleer used two different printers for that set and every card in it can be found in two ways. Some are so minor that even the most die-hard E&V collectors don't bother with them.
