This card is probably a Prize from 2013 Leaf Memories Baseball. I have a John Kruk Photo that has the same type of Credit Card COA that you have for the Pete Rose. These were Mystery Redemptions Prizes in the Product. The back of your COA probably has a silver & white Leaf logo with black on both sides and a red swath that runs diagonally in the middle of the card. I have never seen an actual redemption card, but I think the prizes were not specified on the redemption card and the redeemer of a card (either through mail or online) could receive just about anything. Mostly autographed cards, but I've seen signed photos and baseballs. A checklist would be impossible since Leaf never released a list of Prizes. Oddly, I see items on Ebay that are probably Prizes, but the owner never has the COA, many just threw them away.
