OK, so I've done some more research, and it has been greatly helpful that ESPN Cricinfo has data that can fairly easily be put into Excel.
So it appears that the card I originally posted, as @C2Cigars suggests, was made between 24 July 2013 and 21 November 2013, while the deck @BuccaneersDen posted dates from between 7 July 2012 and 6 February 2013.
So more questions about these cards: are these two distinct decks, or were the stats continuously updated? Narine is the 6 of Clubs above, but in this second deck he is the 2 of Diamonds. As each deck features 52 different athletes, this seems to qualify for inclusion, unless, of course, the decks were sort of made to order. That is, the printers had images of at least 52 cricket players and would print a deck with the "New Data" as of the current day, and on random card numbers. The phrase "New Data" implies that there is at least one deck issued before the deck between July and February. And of course it is possible to narrow down the dates by looking at more than one card per set. Example: the Narine card narrows the dates in the earlier set to 16 July to 30 November. Since International Cricket doesn't have seasons per se, except for when the Indian Premier League is active, it is difficult to find a period as long as a week without an ODI.
For the sake of completeness I include the front and back of the later deck and a link to a YouTube video of all of the cards in each deck one at a time.
