This is a David Carr 2002 Donruss Elite #101 Turn of the Century Diecut Houston Texans sample card. This is not the Beckett sample with the stamp on the reverse, in the lower middle. This looks like a Donruss sample. I can't find any other football cards like this, but eBay has forty listings of similar baseball card samples.
