Card Identification Forum

I am hoping someone can help me clarify confusion. I have 2 different versions of the Hot Rookies Inserts and not sure where to add them to my collection. One version has the names in silver letters on the bottom and has gold stripes and background. The other version is based on team colors, duller colors, and black lettering on the bottom.  Are the duller versions the retail versions? Appreciate any insight you may have!

The Retail are team colored backgrounds. The Hobby are all an orange/yellow/red color scheme.  The database has a lot of incorrect images uploaded.
