Card listed on TCDB has "1 Free Download" listed on front. Attached card has "3 Free Downloads". Similar wording changes on the back of the card. Does this qualify as a variation? https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/1930/cid/15187733/2006-Topps-NNO-iTunes-Download-Offer

Yes. Different text on the front so that falls into the realm of a VAR. There are other examples in the DB of same front pic, but slightly different text. You can submit and IR to have it added and include the link to this thread for visual evidence. Or a L8 will see this and...
