Your card is definitely not a counterfeit! Topps partnered with R&N China Company in the 1990s to produce numerous porcelain reprints of Topps cards, and the checklists, print runs, and years of production are not well documented anywhere (even here on TCDB). The cards are known to have numerous print variations / inconsistencies, including whether the serial numbers are on the bottom or the side, the serial number range, whether or not it says "Licensed by MLB & MLBPA" on the back, whether or not it says "R&N China Company" on the back, etc. Some of the cards were distributed in gift boxes, some in shrink wrapped cardboard packaging, and others such as yours were slabbed by Authentic Enterprises with Rollie Fingers' endorsement.
I'm a Ripken porcelain fanatic, and so far I've identified 100 distinctly different porcelain cards, and I personally have 89 of those variations in my collection. There are a handful of threads on other forums where I learned a lot about the R&N China Company cards where everyone else is trying to piece together as much as they can about this quirky set.
