Card Identification Forum

Is this sticker part of a card set or was it just a vending machine sticker?  I see posters of this image on eBay listed as 1995/96, but no stickers (found with google image search).

Ok, now I am confused as I found this set in the data base along with a few other from Pennsylvania Vending.  I didn’t think vending machine stickers were allowed, but one of the sets was last edited by Dan (Vroomed) and he seems to know the rules very well and I don’t try ink he would edit this set if it wasn’t allows…  when are vending machine stickers allowed?  I know Admin is working on the user manual so maybe that will include some clearer guidelines but I’m confused

I think the distinction is whether there is a coherent set or not.  In this case, these all seem to be individually numbered as a set.  For me, that would lean toward inclusion, regardless of distribution method (pack vs vending machine).

And I love this set, so I am glad they are here.  It’s just I would like to see clear cut rules… maybe it’s because I’m neurodivergant (ADHD and on the ASD spectrum), but I tend to like “black and white” rules and have a hard time with “grey areas”.  As such, if I’m not sure I may seem to ask “too many” questions, I’m not purposefully being obtuse, my brain just “isn’t getting it”.
