They look like vending machine stickers that don't identify any particular player, just the teams.

Looks exactly like the stickers my son got from at a vending machine 20+ years ago. It was at a local pizza place we went to frequently. I would give him a quarter each we went and he tried to get a St. Louis Blues mask. I think he ended up with around 20, a couple duplicates, but never got a Blues one.
