This looks legit to me, but I can't find it. I found another version on eBay with his signature in gold foil on it, but not the 25th Anniversary foil. Any help is appreciated! ------------------------------- Thanks - TwinKiller. (Luke)

Definitely not legit. They use the exact image as his 1979 Topps card, and it is not a Topps product. Whoever NCC is ripped off the image. If it is a one off bootleg it won't be listed here. If it is part of an unlicensed set and all players in that set are retired it may be listed, but I doubt even that because of the copywright infringement of using the Topps card image.
