2022 Panini Impeccable Basketball Hall of Fame Autographs (mine is the yellow plate)

I can't even locate the base set.

This is the base set but the copyright date on the printing plate is 2022 so Panini probably did a Panini thing and distributed the printing plates in another set.

in order to get this plate and others added you need to find what set it was released in and what plates were released in said set.
