How can I add this 1 of 1 to the database?  

Need to know the set and its checklist to add the set.

I've looked for that info and I'm not seeing anything.  Is there a better way than simply googling it?

I did some quick searches and it comes from a set called 2012 ITG Between the Pipes Cross-Canada Tour. Best way to start a checklist I have found is to search ebay, comc, sportlots etc...however it looks like these are all 1/1 so that will be difficult.If you find a significant amount it may be added as a partial checklist, but definitely need more than one card. I just got one kind of like this. It is a 2021 SportsCards Jersey Fusion All Sports jersey swatch of Mark McGwire using a 1988 O-P-C card. It looks nice but not sure if it could be considerd "official"...they even state that on the back of the insert.

I think jersey fusion isn't a different card to the original because the swatch and information sheet is inserted into the case. I believe that you could take the card out of the case and it would be original again 🤷‍♂️
