Looks like 1998 Premier Replays. We don't have them listed here that I can find.

definitely not the same as the 1997 set. These according to comc are 1998, and there is absolutely nothing written on the back, they are blank. Also noting far superior to the 97' Topps Screen plays. authorized by MLB amd mlbpa. No idea why they wouldn't be listable. 

Because they're not cards. They're framed prints. 

I have at least one of these, it's a Dmitri Young w/ the Cardinals. So basically we have the print without the frame. Is that what I'm understanding?

Please remember that a lot of items are licensed by MLB, MLBPA, NHL, NBA, NFL, NFLPA, etc and not all of those items are liastable here. This is not a sporte memorabilia database, but a TRADING CARD database. If the site starts allowing other collectibles for sports, then "framed prints" of flowers, cats, birds, dolls and the like will also need to be added. That is not a sustainable model. Please understand this.
