Why isn't this thread marked as resolved then? We have way too many threads in the CIF that never get marked as identified when they will not get in the DB ever. This is another one of those. It really junks up the works for getting cards added to the DB that actually should be listed on here.

I have every permission there is on this site....and I can't mark mystery cards as resolved. Others have told me where the button is supposed to be but I just don't have access to it.

Yeah, I'm an L8 too and that button has never showed up for me either.
