Hi and welcome to the site! Please read the FAQs to learn how to properly request that a card or set get added. You'll want to make sure the checklist (or specific card) doesn't already exist, then put in an Inaccuracy Report with good details (such as a link to a known good checklist or proof of the card's existence) to get that requested.

Yes, looking on eBay it looks like the base and gold mail in sets should include the SP up to 320. I didn't see them all, but I think enough are present to make a good case for that.
