I was responding to that as well - regular issue were distributed in 4-card packs - 3 players cards and one header - every pack.

This is what I have found.  I have seen others listed as Promos but they are number as being in the regular sets.   Due to the fact I'm not comfortable with adding these sets and check lists.    (like where to put them and if the ad/header/whatever should be added and where  plus what about the panel on E-bay1981 TOPPS Coca Cola COKE Prototype - #1 JOHN BENCH HOF - Reds ULTRA RARE *READ | eBay )   I  really do not want to add more work for others if I mess it up.
