I searched the internet for information and saw the same back with a different card front. Best guess I came up with was some unlicensed card perhaps made in association with a newspaper as the back belongs to a card from the Arlington Post. I still have mine as I like Rickey Henderson and thought it was cool to have something so unusual.

This is the first time I have seen this. The back is a recycled design, but the front is unique and well done. My assumption is that it is not part of a set, just a one-off for a single player.
