I don't know about you, but I think the bigger picture to the right is not actually Matt Chapman. I have a strong feeling it's someone else, but not sure who. Thought I'd post this forum to hopefully confirm my theory that it IS somebody else, but hoping you guys can figure out who it is.

Perhaps it's a combination of the unusual facial hair and the weird filter they use for these cards, but I'm pretty sure it's him after comparing this to other photos. He doesn't usually have that goatee or any facial hair but the eyebrows and bone structure are the same, plus I don't know who else it could be if it's not Chapman.

I remember another Panini card from a bit earlier that was supposed to be Matt Olson, but was clearly Ryon Healy. So I think Panini is prone to incorrectly identifying players, especially A's.

I guess A's are just difficult to identify.
Topps did this too in 2020 on Sean Murphy's rookie card. They mistook him for Matt Chapman.

Panini did to the red Sox the same thing. I think 2020 they put Kevin plawecki on a Christian Vasquez.
