There are plenty of cards in NBA and NFL where the players have college uniforms with pro team names, and assuming those are primary sets for that brand, those would be RCs. This Panini Chronicles Draft Picks set isn't that, and it doesn't have any RC notation, so I think we're in agreement here. ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *
