I have the above pictured card, but with only the SN40 to identify it, I see no card number (URBM6) on the card and no way to identify either front side or back side.

The numbering that we have listed may be from a checklist released by UD but they may have not acutally put the numbers on the card, so that may be why you don't see a number. As for the front/back, UD usually puts the authentication sticker on the back of their cards so the side with the patch and the serial number is the front.
