Hi all, I found this card in my childhood baseball cards, and I can't find a record of it anywhere online. Does anybody know what it is or what set it might fit in? I'm pretty sure it was made specifically by Goodwill as a promotional thing. That signature is also printed on the card, not actually signed. Thanks!

What stands out to me is that card number in the upper left corner. I'm curious if that truly means there are at least 50 cards in this "set" or if it means something else. Seems these would be more common if there were 49 other cards.

Just saw 1 sold for $2...may not be true value of it, though. So rare..
