As usual any help is always greatly appreciated.
The backs are the same on the 15 others i have from this group and look like playing cards.
The fronts are all vehicle themed and every card has Speciale Auto's on the top with the stats on the bottom

I agree, it looks a lot like a Top Trumps product.

That is the same vintage as these sets:
 
They were printed in Germany and some sets exist in both English and German language versions. The English ones are "Ace Trump Game" and the German ones are "Top Ass" ("Top Ace" in German)
I've seen sets with the same design for Race Cars and Sports Cars, and I'm sure there are others. I don't have checklists for any of those sets yet. If the card posted above follows the format of the two I just linked to, then the set name is "Speciale Auto's". I've never seen that set before,
