This one isn't exactly a card identification issue as much as a request for help finding the person on the card. I bought up a collection of a couple thousand cards and in the mix was a handful of copies of this little league photo card. If I can find the person in the picture I'd love to send these cards to them.
Does the name Jashua N Horns ring any bells? The town says Cumberland F, which I'm guessing is Cumberland Falls, Kentucky.

Did you ask the seller?
In any event, did a public search on WhitePages.com and there is a Joshua N. Horns, listed as in his 40s, tracks for being 12 in 1989, in Bedford, New Hampshire

I'm Batman, by the way. It says the Allen Studio in Gray, ME. Meaning this was done in Maine.
Google search on that town says it's in the Cumberland County of that state, therefore F is probably just a league designation or whatever.
Chances are now improved that the name hit I got in New Hampshire could be this guy. Who knows though.

Cumberland Falls is a falls in Kentucky but not a town. The Allen Studio, Gray Maine probably wouldn't be making cards for a Little League team in Kentucky. There is a Cumberland in Maine, which is 8 miles from Gray.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I was just in Gray, ME last month. Drove thru the Bedford NH area to get there. I don't know anyone there by that name.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Off topic, but "cute story" I suppose, I played little league one year for my school district's elementry school levels around 1987-1988, and one time I'm in a game where the catcher's last name was "Bench" and I so wanted to quip if he was related to Johnny!
This was in Southern New York State so clearly not though, Strangly, in middle school I did befriend a kid, who did end up playing baseball through our high school years named Bench, still no relation to the Reds' legend, but the interesting thing is, I asked him if he ever caught in previous years, and he said he never did.
Eh, either he didn't remember, or "Bench" was more popular of a surname aroud that town than just his family I suppose!

I have an uncle who lives in that area, Lived there his whole life. Use to coach little league. I gave him a call. The picture and name didn't ring a bell. But the coach name did. He made some calls
Keep in mind my uncle is up there in age. And I'm assumming the coach is as well. So it doesn't mean the information is 100% true. According to the coach there is a chance that the kid in the picture is deceased. Apparently lost his life in a car accident back in 05 0r 06. The coach himself did say he had 4 or 5 brothers. So he wasn't 100% sure it's the same kid. But he thinks it is.

The seller said they were just junk cards he picked up at random lawn sales over the years. He hadn't even gone through most of the boxes.
Bedford would make sense since that's the next town north of where I am now. I will have to reach out to him and see if that's actually him. Would be really cool if he's that close and I can just drop the cards off to him.

I like a good mystery...and I think Steve is right on who he identified. "N" is an unusual (middle) name for a boy, very limited options, Nathan, Nicholas, Noah...
I think this is your dude:
https://www.truepeoplesearch.com/details?name=Joshua%20Nathan%20Horns&rid=0x0. Has some e-mail addresses on there, but who knows if they are good anymore.
Based on the addresses, looks like he joined the Air Force after 9/11, served about four years, then jumped around at a bunch of computer programming jobs. https://alumnius.net/the_george_washingto-8069-73#id36055509
Haven't checked facebook or anything, maybe that's an easier way to get in contact.
Let us know how it turns out. /Happy stalking/

For anyone who is still wondering about the abbreviated hometown name; There is an area along the coast of Cumberland, ME that is known as Cumberland Foreside. I'm sure that is what "Cumberland F." stands for.
