Card Identification Forum

First I would like to apologize for the scans. I rescanned it 8 ways to Sunday and this was the best I could come up with. OK, so I was looking around the site and these seem to be scattered individually around the different years and different players. When I search places like COMC, it has them listed on one page with a range of years. So is this one of those things where it truly is a "set" that spans from 1990-2000 or are we just going to list them individually. I have recently purchased 2 other ones and am just not sure how to proceed. Thoughts?

Noticed we had some other 23K cards getting identified and added to the site. Anyone have an idea on this one yet.
